Proud to say that my homecook kimchi jigae is better than @gangnam_88 #handsdown. The pork is so awesome because it was marinated in soju, daenjang, garlic & ginger. #amattakhalal
Boiled thoroughly until the kimchi flavours seeped into the meat. Flavorful and super tender pork slices. Goes so dem well with soju bomb and steamed rice.
